Dealing with Lack of Common Sense

So there is this woman at work that has NO common sense at all, it is making my job much much harder to do. The problem is, this woman is my Boss…..

What am I to do?

Author’s Answer…When faced with a specific situation, present the benefits of a common sense option and let your boss make the decision. Do not argue about it! Consider presenting a range of options…minimum risk…average risk…maximum risk. If you are asked for your opinion, be honest. Have the facts/data to support your selection. Do not challenge your boss’ selection! You can only present Common Sense options.
